Stop email verification task

https://api.plusvibe.ai/api/v1/verify/stop

Stops a QUEUED or RUNNING verification task. Leads already verified keep their result; leads not reached stay NOT_CHECKED. Stopping a task that already finished is accepted and changes nothing. After stopping, the campaign can be queued again.
